Meet Anna

Anna started working at AFM alongside Neil in 2007.  Her role as Client Account Manager sees her maintaining client communications and managing client expectations in line with our project The Client Experience Transformer.  Anna also deals with all third parties and is the link between AFM and the outsourced IT solutions.

Anna also manages a variety of tasks including liaising with clients, resolving client problems and overseeing all other aspects of administration involved in the day to day running of the business.

Anna likes to spend time with her family, walking the dogs and exploring the outdoors. She also enjoys visiting sites locally and abroad that have historical significance.
