Meet Victoria

Victoria started working at AFM alongside Neil in 2013.  She is responsible for all Systems and Controls within the business.  She also has the unenviable task of ensuring all matters of compliance are adhered to.  Victoria heads up our ongoing, ever-changing project,  The Client Experience Transformer, which is aimed at revolutionising client experience as we at AFM know how large corporations make it more and more difficult for clients to do business.

Victoria also manages the business accounts, finances and overseeing all other aspects of administration involved in the day to day running of the business.

Outside of work, Victoria likes to spend time with her husband and family, taking city breaks, walking her dog and finding new places to explore.
